After our goodbye's were said, in the humid chicago morning. And the coffee was gone, we reluctantly packed up the bike and headed east. Cruising in t-shirts and shorts while baking in the sun, we put in a grueling 6 hr ride full of sun screen and exhaust before taking an evening break with family in Detroit.
