flying by the seat of our pants

a flash of airports, trainstations, immigration and snowy sleet. In spite of traveling half way around the world, the cloud of money worries managed to follow us all the way to Japan. Safe in the american embassy of Starbucks, we have made the necessary adjustments to acquire all the yen we should need in the next 14 days.
And now, we will leave this cup of coffee behind for our trip to Nagoya!

a clear view forward

It's a quiet day. After cramming another week of searching, conceiving and executing new costumes, new stage design, and lights (for the first time); we've finished what we set out to do.
It was a beautiful change from the lovely dive bars of New England Countryside, to the dance theater/cinema of the Smart Project Space, but we made something quite special for this show. We still don't know what it was, but starting to see the documentation that was made, we start to understand what we did, and we want it. more and more.
All of our 'art' background came to the fore as our 'pop' served secretly through this dramatic conjunct of sound, image, and misunderstanding. The new songs were naked, sketching their way across the vast expanse of space and time that the lights were slicing into the squares from our CD cover.
There's more coming. we just don't know yet, just quite when.
